Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellations

Advance notice (by 5pm the day before) is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged 50% of the canceled service fee. Payment is due before you make another appointment if another appointment is already scheduled payment must be made 72 hours prior.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals and will be assessed the full service fee. Please be on time to your appointment. 

Changes to Appointments

If changes to the service is needed, please let me know before 5pm the day before your appointment. Any last-minute service reductions will be charged at the original rate.

Sickness

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. Your massage therapist will also adhere to the same policy and will CANCEL/RESCHEDULE if she becomes ill.
